RXCUE – Simplified Skincare. Delivered With Precision.

1. Order Processing

All RXCUE orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order is placed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a separate shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All countries

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our support team.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Domestic Shipping:
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

US Shipping:
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

International Shipping:
Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Shipping method selected
  • Order weight

We may offer:

  • Free shipping on all US orders.
  • Promotional shipping offers during campaigns

All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • RXCUE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

RXCUE is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at admin@rxcue.co. We cannot guarantee address changes after dispatch.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos (if damaged).
  • Include your order number.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a resolution.

9. Delivery Confirmation & Risk

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly first. We will assist where possible.

10. Delays Outside Our Control

While we strive for efficiency, RXCUE cannot be held responsible for delays due to:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs inspections
  • Natural disasters
  • High seasonal demand
