At RXCUE, we stand behind the quality of our science-backed skincare systems. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within [14 / 30] days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused or minimally used
- The product must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at admin@rxcue.co
- Include your order number
- State the reason for the return
- Attach photos if the product is damaged or defective
Our support team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please do not send items back without prior approval.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Order
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
4. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
5. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened products showing excessive use
- Gift cards
- Promotional or final sale items (if applicable)
6. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
8. Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity
While RXCUE products are formulated with clinically tested ingredients, individual skin responses may vary.
We recommend performing a patch test before full application.
Refund eligibility for sensitivity-related claims may require supporting details.
